🚚 Shipping

How long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide via our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times:

  • Norway: 10–20 business days
  • Sweden & Denmark: 10–20 business days
  • UK & Europe: 12–25 business days
  • Rest of world: 15–30 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free or discounted shipping on selected orders. Check our current promotions at checkout.

🇳🇴 Norwegian VAT & Customs

Will I have to pay VAT or customs fees?

Yes. According to Norwegian customs regulations, all orders with a value of 350 NOK or more are subject to Norwegian import VAT of 25%. This fee is collected by the carrier upon delivery and is not included in our product prices.

We recommend factoring this into your total cost when ordering. This applies to all goods shipped from outside Norway.

Who pays the customs/VAT fee?

The buyer is responsible for paying any import VAT or customs duties upon delivery. HealthyLivi does not pre-collect these fees.

📦 Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at our contact page. We can only cancel or modify orders before they are shipped.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.

My item arrived damaged – what do I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
